- Quote Validity: Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to commence production. The remaining balance is due immediately upon the completion of installation.
- Cancellations: Orders cancelled after production has begun may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in our Return Policy.
3. Production and Delivery
- Timelines: Standard production time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of deposit.
- Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders may incur longer lead times depending on fabric availability and design complexity.
- Delivery Estimates: While we strive for punctuality, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you promptly of any unforeseen delays.
- Completion: Installation marks the end of the production cycle upon the client's satisfaction.
4. Professional Installation
- Inclusions: Professional installation is included in most of our service packages.
- Site Readiness: Clients must provide clear access to the installation area.
- Difficult Installations: Additional charges may apply for complex installations requiring specialized equipment (e.g., scaffolding for high ceilings).
- Approvals: Final installation must be approved on-site by the client or an authorized representative.
5. Returns and Exchanges
